Workforce Management mobile app users must be invited via email to register their account and create a password. Once the registration process is complete, users may access Workforce Management via the Prism Employee Portal or an app-enabled device.
- Retrieve the email invite from WFM/Workforce Management from your email inbox. The email contains the link to register.
Click on Activate Account.
A new screen will appear. Create and enter a new password, when prompted.
Click Change when finished with the password entry. You will receive a registration confirmation message when complete.
- Proceed with logging into Workforce Management through the Prism Employee Portal or app-enabled device, depending on your organization's communicated preferences.
