How to Edit Hours:
1. Once logged into Time and Labor select Manage Time Sheet from the dashboard screen.
2. If the hours have already been added but need to be edited, select Edit on the applicable day and time.
3. Click into the time boxes to make any updates, ensure to select Save once changes are made.
Ensure to type in AM or PM - the system will default to AM if nothing is added.
The pay code, department, and other parameters can be changed, all based on client set up of clocking in/out.
A note can also be added explaining why the time was changed.
4. Once all edits are made or time has been entered, select Accept at the top of the screen.
If Accept is not selected, the hours will NOT save.
How to Add Hours:
1. Once logged into Time and Labor select Manage Time Sheet from the dashboard screen.
2. Select Add on the applicable day.
3. The system will default hours to 'Regular' like below, if the hours need to be changed, type directly into the hours boxes. If the pay code needs to be updated, select Edit and follow the steps above in the edit section.
4. If a lunch needs to be added, update clock out time and select Add to populate an additional sequence of hours.
In the new sequence hours will auto populate and will need to be adjusted based on actual hours worked.
5. Once all edits are made or time has been entered, select Accept at the top of the screen.
If Accept is not selected, the hours will NOT save.
