Employees can obtain a temporary card or request a new physical card to be mailed by logging into their online account or creating an online Regence member account.
Log in or create an account: https://account.regence.com/sign-in
If you do not have an account, select "Create an Account".
To create an account, Employees will need to enter last name, date of birth, last 4 digits of the ID number on their insurance cards, and last 4 digits of the group number on the insurance card. If you do not have the information from the card, you can call Regence: 1 (888) 675-6570 to obtain the subscriber ID and group number.
Once logged in, you can access your ID card by selecting "View Member ID card" in the top middle of the home screen.
Smartphone users, you can download your ID card from the Regence Health Insurance app. Search for 'Regence Health Insurance' in your app store. Once downloaded, you can log in and select View member ID card.
