This help article describes how to perform the following in PrismONE ID login settings:
- Change a Password (while logged in)
- Forgot Your Username or Password
- Change Authentication Settings
- Link PrismONE ID accounts
Change a Password (while logged in)
Log into the Prism Employee Portal: https://ess.xeniumhr.com.
Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select Sign In Settings.
Click Change next to Password.
Enter the new password then click Change Password.
The password has been changed. Click Exit Settings to return to the portal.
Forgot Your Username or Password
Your username is the email address associated with your account.
To reset your password while not logged in, click Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with the account and click Send Code.
If an account is found, a verification code will be sent to the email address. Locate the email message with the verification code in your inbox and enter the code in the Password Reset screen and click Verify Code.
Enter a new password, then click Change Password.
Complete the multi-factor authentication (Authenticator App or Phone SMS/Text verification) to proceed to the Prism Employee Portal.
Change Authentication Settings
Log into the Prism Employee Portal: https://ess.xeniumhr.com.
Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select Sign In Settings.
Under Security Options, select Add next to an authentication method to create a new authentication option, or Remove to remove an existing authentication option . Note: At least one method is required.
Link PrismONE ID Accounts
If you have multiple accounts in Prism, they can be linked using PrismONE ID. The email address associated with the accounts must be the same.
To link an account, log into the account. Prism will recognize that the email address has already been registered with PrismONE ID and present a message to “Link this account”.
Click Yes, Link to link the accounts.
