Manage Notification Preferences

Web Browser

To log into the web portal, open a Chrome web browser to https://ess.xeniumhr.com.

Select your name in the top-right corner.

Select My Preferences.

Select Notifications from the menu options.

If notifications are turned on, the page will appear as the image below.

1. If an email address is already on file, the system will default to that being enabled. In the Personal Email field, update the address if desired.
2. To turn off email notifications, select ‘disable’.
3. To turn on text message notifications, select ‘enable’ in the Cell Phone option.
4. If ‘enable’ is selected for text messages, enter a phone number.

Click Save to save changes.

Note: To disable all notifications click Disable for all notification preference options.

Mobile App

Log into the PrismHR Employee Portal App.

Click here for instructions on how to download and set up the mobile app.

Select the Action bar (three bars) in the top-right corner.

Select My Preferences at the bottom of the menu.

Select Notifications.

Select Notifications.

If notifications are turned on, the page will appear as the image below.

3. To turn on text message notifications, select ‘enable’ in the Cell Phone option.
