Register for PrismONE ID (New Employee User)

Navigate to the Employee Portal: https://ess.xeniumhr.com

To begin, click on Register.

Enter the required information and click Register.

Enter the username and password created in the previous step and click Sign In.

After logging in, a pop-up message will appear with direction to “Create Your PrismONE ID.” Click Get Started.

Enter the email address associated with your Prism user login, then click Send Verification Code.

A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the user. Locate the email message in your inbox and enter the code in the “Verify Your Email Address” screen. Click Verify Email.

Enter your First and Last Name and new password, then click Create Account.

Set up a multi-factor authentication method on the next screen.  Select Authenticator App or Phone SMS/Text or both.

Phone SMS/Text Authentication

Enter your phone number and click Send Verification Code.

Enter the verification code received via text message on your mobile device.  Then click Verify Phone.

A confirmation message will appear if the authenticator app was successfully registered. Click Complete Account Setup to continue. 

A final confirmation message will appear to indicate that PrismONE ID setup is complete. Click the “X” in the top-right corner of the message to close it and proceed to the Prism Employee Portal.

Authenticator App Authentication (via app-enabled mobile device)

Note: Registration with PrismONE ID must be performed on a desktop/ laptop computer to enable a multi-factor authentication method via QR Code.

Begin the authenticator app registration on a mobile device. Any authenticator app may be used (e.g. Google or Microsoft Authenticator).  If necessary, download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the link provided to the mobile device.  Click Next to continue.

On the mobile device, open the authenticator app and click “+” to add a new account. Choose Other. Scan the QR code presented on the desktop/ laptop (image below) with the mobile device camera, then click Next.

After scanning the QR code, the PrismONE ID account will be visible in the authenticator app labeled PrismHR Prod B2C. Enter the code displayed in the authenticator app in the screen (image below) and click Verify your MFA account.

A confirmation message will appear if the authenticator app was successfully registered. Click Complete Account Setup to continue. 

A final confirmation message will appear to indicate that PrismONE ID setup is complete. Click the “X” in the top-right corner of the message to close it and proceed to the Prism Employee Portal.
