In Manage Documents, you can search and filter by form type to download all documents at once, instead of individually downloading each employee’s I-9
- Log into Prism Manger Portal.
- In the Search Bar in the top right-hand corner, type Manage Documents and select manage documents from the drop-down suggestions.
3. Select Advance Search above the folders.
4. Update the filters in the top row with Employee, Active Companies, Company Name (will only have access to your specific company), I-9 and Active Employees. Ensure to select Search.
Please note, you have the options to select terminated and leave of absence employees as well, but they cannot be run at the same time.
5. All active employee I-9 documents will generate.
- To download them all at once, select the Check Mark Box next to name in the header.
- Select the Three Dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Select the Arrow Down Icon to download the documents.
6. The Confirm Download message will appear, select Yes, Download.
7. A zip folder with the documents will appear in your downloads.
