Downloading the PrismONE Mobile App

The PrismONE Mobile App provides access to your employee portal via a new native app experience.  Available on Android and iOS, this adds simplified access with secure biometric login.

Follow the below instructions to download the Prism mobile app for ease of access to the Prism Employee Portal from any app-enabled mobile device.

• For iOS: Apple Store
• For Android: Google Play Store

Note: For your first login, you will need to have access to a computer (desktop or laptop) in addition to your mobile device.

1. Download the PrismONE app from the mobile device app store. When the app is first launched, you must create a PIN to help secure your account.

2. After the PIN creation, choose to enable biometric login, or continue with entering the PIN you just created. The next screen will prompt to access the web portal and scan the mobile app QR code – at this time, login to the employee portal on your desktop or laptop: https://ess.xeniumhr.com.

3. Once logged in to the portal, click on your name on the top right corner, then select Mobile App QR Code.

4. Return to the mobile app, tap Open QR Code Scanner – your device may prompt to allow PrismOne access to the camera. Select ‘Allow’ to proceed with the registration.
5. Scan the QR code presented in the portal.
6. Login is now complete!
