The rapid! PayCard is a prepaid card that allows you to receive and use your pay without a traditional bank account. It’s accepted anywhere Debit Mastercard® or Visa® debit cards are accepted, and it offers greater security than carrying cash.
How do I get a rapid! PayCard?
You can request a rapid! PayCard from your employer or payroll department. They will provide you with a direct deposit form to enroll.
What’s the difference between the instant issue and personalized card?
Your first card is an “instant issue” card without your name printed on it. Once activated, you can request a personalized card with your name on it at no additional cost. The personalized card arrives by mail within 7–10 business days.
When will my payroll be available on the card?
Your pay will typically be available by 10:00 a.m. EST on payday. You can check your balance anytime via the mobile app, online at www.rapidfs.com, or by calling 1.888.727.4314.
What if I lose my card?
Call 1.888.727.4314 immediately to report the card lost/stolen and request a replacement. Be sure to mention that this is a replacement card when prompted.
Is this different from other direct deposits?
Not at all. Funds are deposited directly to your rapid! PayCard just like any other direct deposit.
Can I add other funds to my rapid! PayCard?
Yes. You can add other direct deposit sources such as tax refunds, social security, or pensions. Visit www.rapidfs.com to access your direct deposit account number or call Customer Support.
