Registering for Xenium Help Center

Process Steps

1. Save this link for access to the help center: https://xeniumhr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
2. In the top right corner select SIGN IN.
   • Limited articles are available without signing in.
3.  To register, select Sign Up, next to New to Xenium HR?
   
4. Enter users full name and email address. Once completed select Sign up.
5. The message below will appear, check the email address provided in step 4.
6. Select Create a Password from the email received.  
7. The users full name will populate on its own, enter in a password following the password requirements and select save password.
   • Once save password is selected, the help center will appear logged in with the new created user.
