Terminated Employee Access

To log into portal open Chrome web browser to: 

• ess.xeniumhr.com

This will redirect to: https://xen-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login 

Change of Address:

To change your resident, mailing or W-2 address follow the steps below:

Click on the Personal icon and select Address. 

Select Change Address 

Verify the address and select Submit Change or No, I would like to enter a different address

Viewing and Downloading Paystubs:

To view and download past paystubs follow the steps below:

Click on the Pay icon and select Pay History

Next select the year and View Paystub

Select Earning, Taxes Withheld or Deductions to quickly view pay period details

Click View Check to download paystub. (Note: make sure your browser setting allow pop-ups for this site so the PDF can download)

Downloading W-2s or 1095-Cs

Navigate to the Taxes icon and select either W-2 or 1095-C. Select the year and click the download icon.
