This article is for organizations using the Prism PTO Request feature for time off requests. If your organization uses a timekeeping system for time off requests, please refer to those articles in the Help Center.
To log into the Employee Portal, open Chrome web browser to: https://ess.xeniumhr.com.
On the dashboard, select Request Time Off from the Paid Time Off widget.
On the Request Time Off screen, select the PTO Type from the drop down, select a Start Date and End Date, add a comment (if applicable) and review the number of hours request off. Once complete, select Submit to submit your time off request.
Notes:
- The time off balances presented in Prism do not include unearned future time off amounts/accruals.
- Once a request has been approved, employees are unable to make changes. Employees must contact their manager to make changes to an approved request.
To Review the status of your request or to make changes, navigate to the Paid Time Off menu item on the left toolbar. At the bottom of the screen, you can review the status of all requests and if you need to make a change or cancel your request, prior to approval you can do so by selecting Cancel.
