Update Tax Withholding Information

To login to the web portal, open a Chrome web browser to https://ess.xeniumhr.com

Click on the Taxes dropdown arrow and then click on Tax Withholding. 

Click on Update Forms

Choose the applicable option for Federal Withholding, and click Continue. 

Choose a language for Federal tax forms and click Continue. 

If prompted for Oregon, choose your selection and click Continue. 

Choose a language for State tax forms if applicable and click Continue. 

Check off the box next to the forms you'd like to complete and click Next. 

Follow through the Wizard. When you are done with your selections you can review the forms and print them if you choose. Next, click the box acknowledging the information provided is true, correct, and complete and click Submit Form. 

When brought back to the Tax Withholding page you can verify again that your new selections are correct.
