Download or Reprint 1095-C

To log into the web portal, open Chrome web browser to ess.xeniumhr.com

(This will redirect to: https://xen-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login)

Select the Taxes icon, and then click on 1095-C in the menu. 

Select the arrow to choose the year and then click the download button.
