The first part of the Applicant Link Scheduling process is selecting the Collection Clinic:
The scheduler will default to the current address that is entered during the
information/data input for the link. If another scheduling address is needed, they can edit the search radius and search address. Each clinic will show their Hours of Operation.
Once they ‘Select this Site,’ the next page is a confirmation page:
On the confirmation page, they can still go back and ‘Change Collection Site’ if they’d like to switch locations, but this page also is the first indicator of Expiration date in RED. One note to make here, is the candidate is not finished. Though the site is selected, this is a confirmation page, they need to hit the NEXT button to proceed with obtaining their authorization/donor pass. Sometimes candidates may think they are done and exit this page, which actually keeps it an unscheduled screening.
Once they hit NEXT, the final confirmation page shows:
This is the final page of the scheduler. This will show the candidates their Reference ID # for the Drug Screening order. Among the highlighted areas are where candidates can
immediately download their donor pass and also notes it’s been e-mailed to them directly (to the e-mail entered during Applicant Link).
The donor pass will appear, if downloaded and reviewed:
We advise all candidates to make sure they review the Participant Instructions and even call clinics ahead of time to ensure collectors are available. Also highlighted the barcode the clinic will need to scan to proceed with the screening. The barcodes MAY BE SCANNED by utilizing a SMARTPHONE, but otherwise should be printed out to be scanned by collection sites.
